1. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling, paying for, or receiving services from ORAZ GROUP LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Client” or “you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions
If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided
We provide electronic fingerprint capture and administrative submission services for authorized agencies for lawful purposes including employment, licensing, certification, and background screening.
We do not determine fingerprinting requirements. Clients are solely responsible for verifying agency requirements, ORI numbers, and submission details prior to service.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
  • Provide accurate and complete personal information
  • Present valid government-issued identification
  • Verify submission details prior to service
  • Conduct themselves appropriately during appointments
The Company is not responsible for rejected submissions caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client.

4. Fees & Payment
Payment is due at booking or at time of service unless otherwise agreed.
Fees may include:
  • Fingerprinting service fee
  • Government submission fee
  • Mobile travel fee (if applicable)
All sales are final once services have been rendered.
Refunds are issued only if the Company is unable to perform the service due solely to Company error.
Clients agree to contact the Company directly to resolve billing disputes prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Initiating a chargeback after services have been properly rendered may constitute a breach of these Terms.

5. Rejections & Resubmissions
Fingerprint submissions are subject to agency acceptance.
If rejection occurs due to operator or equipment error attributable to the Company, one reprint will be provided at no additional charge.
If rejection occurs due to biological factors or external circumstances beyond our control, additional fees may apply.
The Company does not guarantee employment, licensing approval, clearance, or government processing timelines.

6. Mobile Service Conditions
For appointments conducted at a Client-provided location:
  • The Client is responsible for providing a safe, clean, stable, well-lit, and appropriate environment for fingerprint capture.
  • Adequate space, seating, and reasonable working conditions must be provided.
  • The Company reserves the right to delay, discontinue, or refuse service if conditions are unsafe, unlawful, or unsuitable.
Travel Fees
  • Travel fees are non-refundable once the technician has departed to the agreed location.
  • Travel fees compensate for time, fuel, scheduling allocation, and operational costs.
Access & Location Issues
If the Company is unable to perform the service due to:
  • Incorrect address
  • Denied building access
  • Lack of safe parking
  • Client absence or delay
  • Unsafe or unsuitable conditions
the Company may retain applicable service and travel fees.
Liability at Client Location
The Company is not responsible for:
  • Conditions at the Client-provided location
  • Hazards unrelated to Company equipment
  • Injuries or property damage resulting from unsafe premises not controlled by the Company
Clients assume responsibility for the safety of the requested mobile service location.

7. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
The Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for safety concerns, suspected fraud, inappropriate conduct, failure to provide identification, or non-payment.
No refund is required where refusal is based on safety or Client non-compliance.

8. No Warranty
Services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
  • The Company is not responsible for decisions made by employers, agencies, or licensing authorities.
  • The Company is not liable for government processing delays.
  • The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Assumption of Risk
Clients agree to exercise reasonable care while on Company premises or during mobile service appointments.
The Company is not responsible for injuries resulting from open and obvious conditions or from the Client’s own actions, except where prohibited by law.

11. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising from:
  • Inaccurate information provided by the Client
  • Unsafe conditions at Client-provided locations
  • Misuse of services

12. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including government system outages, FDLE/FBI technical interruptions, natural disasters, severe weather, acts of government, or unforeseen operational disruptions.

13. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, unless subject to arbitration as provided below.

14. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Before initiating formal legal action, the Client agrees to first contact the Company in good faith to attempt resolution of the dispute.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in the State of Florida, unless the claim qualifies for small claims court jurisdiction.
Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only. Class actions, consolidated actions, and representative actions are not permitted.
Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

15. Waiver of Jury Trial
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Client knowingly and voluntarily waives any right to a trial by jury in any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided.

16. Attorney’s Fees
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or the services provided, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs to the extent permitted by law.

17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
